ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Working as an understudy of the Operations Manager, we seek a Burundi national to fill the above position. In this position, you will assist in a variety of responsibilities within the airline. The duties include overseeing airport ground operations and flight operations. You'll also be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Authority Regulations.
Your role will require you to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders in the aviation industry. You'll need to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You'll also need to be comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
To be qualified you need a bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field. Additionally, you years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a leadership role. A background in project management, logistics, or operations will also be helpful.

- Managing relationships with airline partners and vendors
- Maintaining communication with aviation stakeholders including customers and airport authorities.
