Fly Burundi is looking for a motivated and strategic Burundi national for the position of Assistant Aviation Manager who will understudy the Aviation Manager in overseeing our aerospace operations. Working under Quality Manager, you will understudy all facets of aviation operations, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards and enhancing operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for top-tier aerospace solutions and contributing strategic insights towards our operational excellence.

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, HSC or a related field.  
• Experience in a related role in the aerospace industry.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high  
• Attention to detail.  
• Ability to communicate in English language.
